Easy, quick and healthy! Like a good lifestyle should be. Very informative material, especially for those with less knowledge about the first steps into a healthy lifestyle. Good basics for starters and freshup for those with more skills.

Enjoyable course. I would add information in the metabolic sindrome module. It would be very helpful to explain insuline resistance as THE metabolic factor that develops type 2 diabetes. This is the root of the problem in the human body.

The information was direct and easy to absorb. The doctor's presentation was very knowledgeable and interesting. Following along while taking notes was a breeze. I loved the fact that she showed us how she practice what she preaches!
