Extremely interesting course. I feel the material and videos were very easy to absorb and understand. I certainly would recommend this to anyone with an interest in food and how it affects our health.

Very easy to understand and relatable content. Not at all like those netflix documentaries which certainly carry a bias and moreover, Maya's voice is so ccalming.

At this age i can still learn. Food is so important to a healthy life so ive changed plate size and quantity of vegetables on my families plates too. Win win.

Although the course time was very short, it was very useful and easy to follow. If instructors give other courses on similar topics, I'd be happy to follow them.
